Year 1 girls got an insight into work in a real chocolate factory (rather than Willy Wonka's!) when Mrs Anderson visited them last week.
The girls were all very impressed at this "amazing" job and during the course of her visit, Mrs Anderson taught them all about where chocolate comes from, how it is made – and of course, the girls got a taste of the end product too! What a delicious end to the girls' topic this term, inspired by the classic story "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory".
