On 10th November a group of boarders and I helped in the school kitchen to prepare the Boarders' lunch.
Everyone played a major role for both the hot meal and dessert. It was great to see everyone working together and having fun! We prepared a broccoli soup, cream cheese and sun-dried tomato stuffed chicken breast, a variety of vegetables, scalloped potatoes and apple crumble!
It was a lot of work to do in a limited amount of time, the girls teamwork and the help from the head chef we got the job done! The end result was delicious and the students should be very proud of themselves!
