RMS for Girls is proud to announce the release of a cutting-edge textbook, “Food and Consumer Education”, commissioned by the Singapore Ministry of Education and co-authored by our very own Head of Food and Nutrition, Mrs Yvonne Mackey.
It is Mrs. Mackey’s first book for the International Market. This comprehensive resource has been carefully crafted to support the Food Science curriculum in schools across Singapore for Years 7 to 9, reflecting Mrs. Mackey’s dedication to fostering excellence in culinary education.
Within her role at RMS, Mrs. Mackey brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to our school, having co-authored seven other Hodder textbooks and revision guides for KS3 and KS4 in the past.
This excellent resource stands as a testament to Mrs. Mackey’s expertise and commitment to providing students with a rich and engaging learning experience.
