Last night, on Thursday, December 7th, pupils, families, and the RMS community gathered for our annual Nine Lessons and Carols evening.
St Mary’s Church, Rickmansworth, was filled with the timeless melodies of well-known carols such as “Once In Royal David’s City,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.”
The evening included breathtaking performances by RMS ensembles, including RMS Voices, RMS Chorus, Choro, the Cadogan House Chamber Choir and the Cadogan House Choir.
With the sharing of readings from the Christmas story, the joining in singing together and the sharing of mulled wine after the service, the evening helped create a heartwarming feeling of festive joy and tradition. It was an evening where voices echoed in harmony, celebrating the true spirit of togetherness at Christmas.
