Last Wednesday, RMS for Girls had the privilege of hosting pupils from The Beacon School for an exhilarating morning of STEM activities.

The Year 6 pupils kicked off the day with an engaging science lesson and displayed confidence and teamwork as they collaborated to construct calibrated force meters.

Following a refreshing break, the team-building activities continued on The Lowers, where everyone joined forces to solve puzzles and conquer obstacles on the Trim Trail. The picturesque RMS grounds added to the overall experience, creating an even more enjoyable time, especially with the fantastic weather.

After all their hard work, pupils from both schools savoured a delicious roast lunch before bidding farewell to The Beacon pupils as they made their way back to Amersham.

It was truly a pleasure to host this exceptional morning, and we are already eagerly anticipating the next opportunity to do it all over again.

Meanwhile, a group of RMS pupils embarked on an exciting journey to The Beacon School, immersing themselves in a range of captivating science, technology, and maths lessons. They also engaged in friendly and spirited competition at the table tennis tables before settling down for a delightful lunch.
