For National Careers Week, our pupils have been showcasing their entrepreneurial skills.

This week, Year 5 was in the production stage of their enterprise challenge, creating their products ready to sell to fellow pupils and parents at the end of term.

Every team has a team leader, head of production, head of marketing, head of sales and a quality control officer.

This initiative provides exposure to enterprise, involving tasks such as business planning, budgeting, product development, and sales, all managed within a £20 budget!

Sixth Form students have been selling their products this week to fundraise for Herts Young Homeless.

Team Looped and Locker Luxe, who both won awards at the recent Young Enterprise Trade Fair at Atria Watford, have been selling their homemade goods during lunchtime.

Congratulations to all our Young Enterprise teams in establishing and launching their own small enterprises.

Thank you to Miss Pickford for instilling an entrepreneurial mindset across the whole school community.
