On 26th September,  Year 7 went on an overnight trip to Woodrow High House.

This is a tradition for Year 7s at RMS – it is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better away from School, as well as having lots of fun trying out new activities.  We also got to have a sleepover with our new friends, which was brilliant!

There were many exiting activities for us to try out, which tested our teamworking skills (as well as our courage!).  We tried out low ropes, a "blind" trail, green netting bridge, night walk, parachuting, and an obstacle course.  We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was good to challenge ourselves to try something new.

At Woodrow House we also found out about The Green Lady; Woodrow House is known for being haunted by the ghost of the Green Lady, but luckily we didn't meet her during our stay!

We had a great time getting to know each other better and making new friends and this is a trip we will never forget. We would like to thank our Year 7 teachers for coming with us and making sure that we all enjoyed ourselves. You can see photos of us all having fun in the gallery below!
