Issie is crowned Under 12 British Fencing Champion

Issie Johnson (Year 7) has been crowned Under 12 British Fencing Champion.

Issie took part in the British Youth Championships held at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield on 6th May. Representing the Eastern Region and her fencing club, Fencers Club London, she emerged top of her age category after fencing with great focus and composure all day.

Her triumph means she is both British AND English Champion having won the English title last summer.
