A team of junior girls from clubs in Hertfordshire of various ages and handicaps won The East Regional County Trophy at Bawbaugh Golf Club in Norwich on Sunday.
The girls were playing against teams from Bedford, Cambridge & Huntingdon, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. It was a close fought competition with 36 girls playing, but the Herts girls were the eventual winners. Special congratulations go to RMS's Croxley-based Moor Park golfer Grace H who finished as top scorer for the team with 41 points. This score also made her joint top point scorer for the day.
