Cadogan House welcomes Lauren Child

We were delighted to welcome world famous children’s author Lauren Child to Cadogan House. Lauren has produced over forty children’s books during her award winning career. Her “Charlie and Lola” series of picture books have been adapted by the BBC for television. Lauren spoke to the girls about the creative process focusing on her collage technique. It was very inspiring to see her creative methods. We gained a real insight into how her picture books are constructed. We were joined by many parents who also enjoyed the chance to meet Lauren and hear her speak to the girls. The very successful morning culminated in a book signing.
