Inclusivity is the Value for the first half of Michaelmas term, a time when we welcome many new pupils and staff to the RMS Community and celebrate the differences across our school.

Courage is the Value for the second half of Michaelmas term. Many endeavours at school require courage and bravery, from embarking on new projects or working on a difficult piece of work, to challenging activities like taking part in a school performance or playing in a team.

Ambition is the Value for for the first half of Hilary term. This is a good time to consider what you want to achieve, to demonstrate ambition in your learning and ensure you are the best you can be at all times.

The quality of being considerate, caring and helpful.
Kindness is the Value for the second half of Hilary term. The School community are encouraged to demonstrate empathy, compassion and generosity towards one another, in order to enhance relationships and overall happiness.

Perseverance is the Value for the first half of Trinity term. Everyone in the school community needs to demonstrate perseverance at times, be it working toward exams, learning a new skill or perfecting a talent.
